Exhibiting in Studio Lomandra

Studio Lomandra offers affordable exhibition space for emerging artists. Upon application artist proposals will be assessed as to if their work is a suitable for for the space. Studio Lomandra exhibits in fortnightly blocks but can make an exception per special request. There are solo exhibition and group show options available to suit the needs of any artist or group.

Solo Exhibition

A great way to showcase your full body of work. There can be anywhere from 15-40 artworks depending on size in a solo exhibition.

Group Exhibition

Group exhibitions are a fantastic first step for artists who do not yet have a full body of work to display. you can apply as a group or put in an expression of interest to join a group show put together by the studio.

Exhibition Opening Event

The opening is where you celebrate the body of work and have the chance to thank your patrons for supporting your journey.

Workshop

Workshops are a fantastic way for the artists to connect with our local community and share their knowledge. This is a great way to cover the costs of an exhibition.

Exhibition Pricing

$200 venue set up includes printed labels and pack down at exhibition close.
$40 per hour for any events in the space (meetups, markets, opening nights, workshops), you will have sole use of the space in these slots.
$150 Exhibition on display for 2 weeks
25% commission will only be received by the studio on work if I sell on your behalf, you are welcome to take sales through your own website/ POS system with no commission.
Resident artist positions available upon further discussion
This pricing does not include a promotion bundle and it is your responsibility to promote your event to get optimum attendance.
I also suggest hiring a photographer to capture you and your work in the studio.
Promo photo can be taken in the studio at extra cost on request
The studio can accommodate up to 40 works depending on size, above are some photos of the current work on display. The smallest works are A4 in an A3 frame.
