About the event
This is a beginner’s introduction to mixed media, including gouache, fluid acrylic, paint markers, chalk marker, coloured pencils, water activated pencils and graphite. Participants will learn about applying and layering different media in a way that allows all materials to work cohesively as a finished artwork. Learning to recreate from life is a skill participants will practice throughout the workshop, building fundamental skills of proportion and balance. The workshop will run for two hours, all materials are provided and BYO is welcome.
