About the event

Join Phoebe for an afternoon of arranging & designing flowers and other natural materials in the meditative practice of creating nature mandalas.

Mandala, meaning circle in Sanskrit, is a geometric design organised around a unifying centre. Nature mandalas are a non-permanent structure that reflects the circle of life, and the ever changing seasons we face throughout life.

Participants are provided with all materials to design a nature mandala, using Phoebe’s personal collection of dried & fresh flowers, crystals and other natural materials.

Beginning with a relaxing guided meditation to calm the nervous system, participants are then guided through the meditative process of working with natural items to design their own nature mandala, or contribute to a communal mandala, followed by sharing & reflecting our experience within the circle once designs are complete, over a cup of herbal tea.
